In November 2015, I was chosen by Samsung along with twelve other Instagram photographers for the “With a Note” campaign. For this project, we were sent the Galaxy Note 3 with which to shoot and edit pictures to display the phone’s capabilities.
This image was one of the pictures I shot with that phone, and I don’t mind admitting that it’s my favorite. Having spent the weekend in London, I drove to Bournemouth for some ocean views and boy did Bournemouth deliver. In this scene, the weather is freezing, and the ocean spray stings your eyes. The ocean is both calming and terrifying.
Printed using EPSON SureColor P9000 printers with archival quality inks onto Red River Paper’s Aurora Art White 300gsm gallery grade rag, 100% Cotton. My prints are produced by Steve Reeves at MakeShift Photo, a specialist in archival fine art prints.
Each print is signed and numbered by the artist.
